monday.com

Connect a monday.com board to Harmony to call the contacts on it. A monday automation enrolls an item into a Harmony workflow, Harmony places the call, and a second monday automation handles the result when the call ends.

  3. CallHarmony calls the contact on the Harmony workflow's schedule.
  4. UpdateWhen the call ends, a monday automation updates the item.Set up
Each call's result goes back to the item it started from.

Setup takes three steps:

  1. Prepare the board and connect it to Harmony, on this page.
  2. Enroll contacts from the board.
  3. Handle finished calls: update a status, or log the transcript and an AI summary.

Before you start

  • In monday, you need permission to edit the board and publish automations.
  • In Harmony, you need an agent with Live status and a published workflow.

Prepare the board

Use one item per contact, with these columns:

  • First name and Last name: Text columns.
  • Phone: a Phone column. Include the country code.
  • Timezone (optional): a World Clock column. Harmony calls within working hours in the contact's timezone, or in the agent's timezone when this is empty. To fill it from the phone number, see Fill timezone from phone.

Connect monday.com

  1. In Harmony, open Integrations > monday.com.
  2. Select Continue to monday.com and approve access for the monday account that owns the board. A monday admin may need to approve the install.

Map the columns

  1. Under Contact field mapping, select your board in monday board.
  2. Map First name, Last name, Phone, and Timezone to their columns.
  3. To send another column to your agent, select Add field, give it the Harmony key your agent uses, and map the column.
  4. Select Save changes.

An Account maps one board, and choosing a different board clears the mappings. Use this board in every monday automation in these guides.
