Use the host that matches the region your Account lives in. Keys work only in the environment where they were created.

Environment	Public API
Production (US)	https://api.harmony.ai
Production (EU)	https://api.eu.harmony.ai

If you sign in to Harmony at app.eu.harmony.ai, your Account is in the EU region.
