Enroll contacts
A monday automation enrolls a board item into a Harmony workflow. Harmony then calls the contact on that workflow's schedule.
Before you start, connect the board to Harmony.
Create the automation
In monday, select AI Workflows > Start from scratch and add these blocks in order. Values such as TriggerItem ID come from monday's value picker. Don't type them.
1. Trigger
Use any monday trigger on the mapped board, such as a form submission or a status change.
2. Fill timezone
To fill the Timezone column from the phone number, add the Code block from Fill timezone from phone. Skip it if your board already has timezones, or if the agent's timezone is good enough.
3. Enroll contact to harmony
- Board ID: TriggerBoard ID
- Item ID: TriggerItem ID
- Harmony Workflow: the workflow to enroll the contact into. It must be published and not paused.
Harmony reads the contact from the mapped columns, not from earlier blocks.
Publish the automation.
Test
- Add a test contact who has agreed to receive a call, with a phone you can answer, and fire the trigger.
- In the automation's Run history, check that every block succeeded.
- In Harmony, open the contact and check its phone, timezone, and workflow.
A successful enrollment means Harmony accepted the contact. The call follows the Harmony workflow's schedule.
Troubleshoot
Start with the first failed block in the automation's Run history.
- Harmony blocks are missing: check that monday.com is connected in Harmony and that the Harmony app is installed in your monday account.
- Enrollment fails: the block shows the reason. The usual causes are a missing phone, a phone without a country code, or an item on a board other than the mapped one.
- No call starts: check the contact's workflow, phone, and timezone, and that the agent is Live. Then check the agent's Dialer > Working hours. Advanced settings > Call new contacts immediately overrides working hours.
